Lemon Chintz and Laughter
This young family of five is lively and fun and their home is always filled with activity. The navy kitchen with dark cabinets in the middle of their home needed a refresh to reflect their joyfulness. The largest impact was painting the cabinets a bright aqua. We added a new light large format tile to the floor. With some adjustments to make the island one level, adding a cabinet in the corner for much needed dogfood storage. The backsplash tile is subtle and light, with a beautiful handmade tile stove splash accent. Dana Gibson’s Chintz Lemon was the perfect finishing touch for the windows.
